Solvings were an ICT provider based in North Wales, providing IT infrastructure support to high-end clients, including the Ministry of Defence. They also diversified into the installation of wi-fi systems and cyber security services.
Solvings required a new website, as well as marketing materials including bespoke emails and leaflets. Whilst the brand had already been developed, there was a need to unify the materials and present a single, clear message.
The website went through a number of iterations during 2015/16, whilst the company evolved from an "IT services" company, to a "cyber security" company. I created a flexible structure, and supported the development of each iteration of the site; each one responsive, accessible and optimised for search engines.
The website was designed and built in Squarespace, enabling team members to contribute to the News and Case Studies section easily. The site linked with external services, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Mailchimp.
I built the site around the slightly-refreshed logo, with a consistent colour palette of light and dark blue, creating a simple site structure with plenty of "space". Whilst this is a content-heavy site, the wording is given space at all screen sizes.
Following completion of the website, I trained the Solvings Marketing Team in the use of the Squarespace CMS, enabling them to independently update the website with content going forward.
Solvings used Mailchimp for email marketing, and I designed a number of bespoke templates for use by the Marketing Team, including a Monthly Newsletter.
